Then Michelle calls or texts you back, whichever you said you preferred, and asks what you are actually trying to work out. Not to qualify you. Because the answer changes what is useful to you.

A general message is completely fine. But if your question is one of these, there is a faster way to get a real answer:

  • What is my home worth? Tell us about your home and we will put a real number together, with the comparable sales and a written net sheet.
  • I am looking for a home. Describe what you are after and we will start the search around your life rather than a bedroom count.
  • I want to see a specific house. Call or text. That one is faster by phone, every time.

How quickly will you get back to me?

Usually the same day, and almost always within one business day. Michelle answers the phone more reliably than email, so if something is genuinely time-sensitive, like wanting to see a house this weekend, call or text 661-219-5517 rather than sending a message.

Will I get put on a mailing list?

Not unless you ask for something that comes by email, like one of our guides or a home value report. There is no automatic drip campaign behind this form, and you will not get called every week. Tell us your timeline and we will respect it.

Can we talk if we are a year or two away from moving?

Yes, and honestly that is the best time to talk. Knowing your number, your timeline and what needs doing to the house makes the decision much easier when you get there, and it costs you nothing. A lot of our clients first called us long before they were ready.

Do you work outside the Santa Clarita Valley?

Yes. We live in the Santa Clarita Valley and work across Los Angeles County, including the San Fernando Valley, the Antelope Valley, Burbank, Glendale, and Los Angeles, plus nearby Simi Valley and Ventura. Farther than that and we will connect you with an agent we have vetted ourselves in the market you are moving to.

Who will I actually be talking to?

Michelle. She answers the phone herself. Not an assistant, not a call center, and not a lead router that sells your details to three other agents. On a purchase you may also work with Stephanie Tiffany, our REALTOR and Buyer Specialist, and you would meet her before anything started.

Is there any cost to talk to you?

No. A conversation, a home value, an opinion on whether the timing works, all of that is free and comes with no obligation to list or to buy. If we end up working together, everything you pay is agreed in writing before you sign anything.
