How Dubner Real Estate Group collects, uses, and protects your information when you contact Michelle and Jon Dubner through this site.
What this site collects
When you fill out a form on this site, whether that's the contact form or one of our free guide opt-ins, we collect your first name, last name, and email address. A phone number and message are optional. If a form asks a specific question, such as your timeframe or what you're hoping to learn, we collect that answer too.
If you provide a phone number and check the box agreeing to text messages, we record the exact consent wording you saw and the date and time you agreed to it. This is how we can show, if it's ever asked, exactly what you agreed to.
Beyond what you submit through a form, this site keeps standard server logs (like your browser type and the pages you visited). We don't use these logs to identify you personally.
What is it actually worth?
Who receives it
When you submit a form, your information goes into our client relationship system, Mashore Method, which is where Michelle and Jon manage follow-up with buyers and sellers. This site itself is hosted by Vercel.
If you use the chat window on this site and it's turned on, your questions are processed by Anthropic (the company behind Claude) to generate an answer. If the chat window isn't currently turned on, it simply points you to our phone number and contact form instead.
We don't sell your information to anyone, and we don't share it with unrelated third parties for their own marketing.
How it is used
We use what you submit to respond to your question and to follow up about buying or selling a home in the Santa Clarita Valley. If you've asked for one of our free guides, we'll also follow up to make sure it was helpful and to see where you are in your process.
We do not sell your information. If at any point you'd rather not hear from us, see "Your choices" below.
Calls and text messages
We only send text messages to a phone number if you checked the box agreeing to receive them, at the time you gave us that number. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.
You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP, or by calling or emailing us directly and asking us to remove your number. Reply HELP to any message for help. Carrier delivery of text messages isn't guaranteed and can be affected by factors outside our control.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
We do not sell or rent your phone number. Your number is used by Michelle and Jon Dubner to contact you about your own move, and by the services that help us run our business, which are listed above.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have on file for you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time. The fastest way is to call or text 661-219-5517 or email hello@dubnerrealestate.com.

This site is written to California's Shine the Light and CalOPPA requirements, which apply to a California-based real estate business. It does not claim CCPA-level rights, since CCPA generally does not apply to an individual real estate team of this size. If that changes, this page should be updated to match.
