The more you share, the better we can help. Bedrooms and a price range are a good start. The details that make a house feel like home are what help us find the right fit, like a big yard, a single-story layout, room for a home office, or a shorter drive to work.

What to Include in Your Wish List
A few minutes of thought here can save you weeks of touring homes that were never going to work.
- Your must-haves. The things you can't live without, like a certain number of bedrooms, a garage, or a single-story home.
- Your dealbreakers. Some buyers won't consider a home with Mello-Roos or an HOA. Others rule out a pool or a busy street. Tell us yours.
- Your daily life. Where you work, how far you're willing to drive, and the space you need for pets, hobbies, or working from home.
- Your nice-to-haves. A view, a bigger kitchen, or a spot for a garden. These help us rank the homes that check every other box.
What Happens After You Send It
We read everything you shared, then build your search around it. As we go, we look past the photos at the things online listings don't always make clear, like HOA dues, Mello-Roos, and how a home sits on its street.
Next, we call or text you to go over what we found. We'll talk about which homes look promising, which ones to skip and why, and if anything on your wish list is worth a second look. Then you decide what comes next. That might mean touring a few homes this weekend, or watching the market a little longer.
